The Greenville Area Community Foundation (GACF) Board of Trustees are pleased to announce annual grant awards funded by the Lena & Fred Meijer Charitable Fund Cycle. A Field of Interest Fund, the Lena & Fred Meijer Charitable Fund supports trails in Montcalm County with the Meijer name.

The 2026 grants include:

• $8,000 to the City of Greenville for sealcoating on the Fred Meijer Flat River Trail
• $10,216 to the Friends of the Fred Meijer Heartland Trail for brush and tree clearing

The Greenville Area Community Foundation exists to enhance the quality of life in the Greenville Area. Since its inception in 1989, GACF has grown to encompass the entire Montcalm County area through our geographic affiliates, the Lakeview Area Community Fund and the Montcalm Panhandle Community Fund.
