The Greenville Area Community Foundation Board of Trustees has awarded over $7,000 to local students for summer enrichment experiences. GACF holds a variety of funds established to support summer camp experiences in performing arts, athletics, and outdoor adventure. Funds supporting 2024 scholarships include: Herman & Verdie Clark Music Scholarship Fund, Charles J Gibson Jr Outward Bound Fund, Alden & Hilda Miller Music Scholarship Fund, Clark & Dorothy Oliver Music Scholarship Fund, Rick & Jody Petersen Memorial Football Scholarship Fund, and the Gary Wakenhut Memorial Music Scholarship Fund.
