The Greenville Area Community Foundation is pleased to announce the 2026 Scholarship Recipients. This year, GACF is honored to award over $400,000 to students in the greater Greenville area, representing the Foundation’s largest investment in students to date.

Made possible through the generosity of donors who established scholarship funds, these awards help students pursue higher education, skilled trades, and other post-secondary opportunities. Scholarships often fill critical funding gaps, reducing financial barriers and allowing students to focus on their academic goals. The GACF administers 84 unique scholarship funds, with inaugural scholarships awarded in 2026 from the Belding Family Scholarship Fund- Limitless Minds Scholarship, the Gary Quisenberry Memorial Scholarship Fund, and the GHS Alumni Scholarship Fund.

“The Foundation’s scholarship program is about investing in the next generation of leaders, professionals, and community members,” said Kristen Kohn, Senior Director of Philanthropic Impact, “When students have the opportunity to continue their education, they gain the knowledge and experience that in turn strengthens families, workplaces, and our community.”
