The Montcalm Panhandle Community Fund (MPCF) Advisory Committee and the Greenville Area Community Foundation (GACF) Board of Trustees are pleased to award $11,217 to various community organizations serving the Panhandle area.
The 2024 grants supported by the Montcalm Panhandle Community Unrestricted Fund include:
- $1,500 to Pierson Township for pickleball benches
- $4,800 to the Howard City Senior Action Center for building updates
- $2,685 to the Tri County Elementary Library for reading materials
Additionally, $2,232 was awarded to the Tri County Elementary Library supported by the Robert & Fayga Parker Family Fund.
Established in 1999, the mission of the Montcalm Panhandle Community Fund is to enhance the quality of life in the area that comprises the panhandle of Montcalm County by awarding grants from permanently endowed funds. MPCF is a geographic affiliate of the Greenville Area Community Foundation.
