Our mission: To enhance the quality of life in the greater Greenville area. To do this it will attract and hold permanent endowment funds from a wide range of donors, it will manage these funds to assure safety and growth, it will make grants directed to the community’s cultural, educational, social, environmental, recreational, and health related concerns and it will function as a community leader and catalyst.
Linda Van Houten of Greenville Public Schools accepts a check from Austin McNeal, GYAC president. The GYAC awarded a $3,500 grant to GPS to start an Opportunities for Success Health Fund in the district. The YAC hope that this donation will have a positive influence on access to healthcare for Greenville students and their families.
Emily Malina received one of the 2012 Stanley & Blanche Ash Scholarships during Montabella High School’s Honor’s Night. Emily will receive up to $8,000 over four years at Syracuse University.

Applications and deadlines are available through your High School Counseling Office.
Sixty-four of your former classmates received scholarships just last year. So don’t miss out…..You can’t get a scholarship if you don’t apply! Good luck.
