Upcoming Grant Deadline for 2017 Funding

FALL GYAC GRANT CYCLE  (Greenville Youth Affiliate)

For all area non-profits (within Montcalm County) with programs or projects that fall within the identified needs of area youth. This includes but is not limited to confidence & self-esteem issues in girls, poor performance in school, health & wellness issues, teen driver safety, hunger or food insecurity, substance abuse, teen pregnancy,  access to recreation, homelessness and dating violence. The Greenville Youth Advisory Council awarded a $19,620 grant to Feeding America West Michigan for three mobile food pantries per month in Greenville – including one that is located at Greenville High School that the youth organize and staff with volunteers. Each mobile pantry provides 5,000 pounds of fresh produce, dairy, baked goods and other foods to students, their families and people in need from the community.
